The keyword for the coming two years are training, family and friends. I have not done any new year promise, but i have a two year goal for my training and to hopefully keep my health (and knees). Week 8 in 2020 part of my longtime goal will start with new activity. It will be years with challenge and training, with friends both new and old.
I will train with cyckle, skies, running and swimming. But more than that i will also continue to do my everyday steps . That is 14000 or more, everyday , every year… 🙂
Lets hope the progress will be good.
